We use AI in our own software work. In your business, we start by understanding a specific task. Then we try the solution and assess both the result and the work still needed. That gives you a basis for deciding whether to go further.
What the mapping costs
The mapping and the training are priced as a defined piece of work, a day or a few days depending on the size of the business. If we build the automations afterwards, they're priced separately, with a fixed price set before we start. If you want us to stay on as a sounding board, there's a monthly arrangement, but it's optional and doesn't need deciding now.

Do we have to replace something we already use?
We start with the tools you have. If a connection or a new tool is needed, we go through it, including the cost, before you decide.
What happens to the staff?
We go through the tasks that will change with you and your team. The aim is less routine work. Judgments and approvals have a clear owner, and staff get practical training.
We've tried AI before and nothing came of it.
Then we look at what you tried and where it got stuck. We choose a clear task, try it with your information and review the result with the people who will use it.
How do we know it keeps working once you're done?
We test and document the solution and agree who is responsible for it. Connections may need updating when other systems change. Support and maintenance are agreed upfront.
