Accessibility audit

A website more people can use

Can your customer read the content, use the menu and complete the form? We look for barriers on your website and explain what needs to change. You get a report and choose which fixes we help with.

The report and the fixes

A dated report of what the measurement found, page by page, that you can keep and show.

  • Checks based on EN 301 549 and WCAG 2.1 AA, with the scope and limits described in the report.
  • The fixes made on the site itself, for whichever points you choose to address.
  • An initial review of your business and which accessibility requirements may be relevant.

How it works

  1. Same day

    You send us the address

No install and no account needed. We just need to know which site it is.

  2. Scope agreed upfront

    We examine the website

We start with an automated check of the website. Manual review is needed for things tools cannot determine. The report lists the pages and checks included.

  3. Within a few days

You get the report and a walkthrough

Dated, page by page, with what the measurement found. We go through it with you and say what's worth fixing first.

  4. Depends on scope

    We fix what you choose

We address the barriers you prioritise in the website code and content, then check the changed parts again.

What the report tells you

An automated check can find some errors, but it cannot determine whether the whole website is accessible. The report explains what was checked automatically, what was reviewed manually and what remains. It supports improvements and does not establish that all legal requirements are met.

Smaller companies are often exempt. The exemption covers services, and applies to companies with fewer than ten employees that also have at most two million euros in turnover or balance sheet total. If that's you, we'll say so rather than sell you something you don't need.

What the audit costs

The measurement and the report are priced on their own, and the fix work by how much needs fixing. You get both numbers before you decide, and you can stop after the report if you'd rather handle the rest yourself. There's no subscription you need to have for the report to count.

Frequently asked questions

Does the law apply to us?

It depends on what you sell and how big your company is. The requirements cover e-commerce, banking and electronic communication, among others, and smaller companies are often exempt. We look into it before we suggest anything, and say so if the answer is no.

What's in the report?

Every page we read, what the measurement found on it, which point in EN 301 549 it relates to, and what needs to change. It's dated, so it shows how the site looked that day.

Isn't an accessibility widget enough?

A widget does not replace work on the website code and content. Barriers need to be investigated and fixed where they occur, with attention to people using assistive technology.

Can you certify that we meet the requirements?

No. You get a dated report of the checks, findings and fixes, making clear what has been reviewed. This does not establish that all legal requirements are met.

Who enforces this?

For e-commerce, banking and electronic communication, it's PTS, the Swedish Post and Telecom Authority. The public sector falls under a different law with a different authority.

Send us the web address and we will suggest a scope and price.
