Questions & answers
Days to a first working version you can click through, and normally a few weeks to the finished system. How many weeks depends on the scope, and you get a timeline in the quote before we start. The biggest variable is how quickly you can try it and tell us what's off, so we keep it to short check-ins rather than long meetings.
Two parts. A fixed price for the build, agreed before we start, so you know the total up front. Then a fixed monthly cost for hosting, support and small ongoing improvements. No per-user licences, so hiring doesn't make it more expensive. Prices exclude VAT, and you get a real number after a short call, not a range that moves later.
During the build, that's exactly how we work. You try it, you tell us what's off, we adjust. It's included in the fixed price, because building this way is the whole point. After launch, bug fixes and small adjustments are covered by the monthly cost, and they're usually back with you within days. If you want something genuinely new, a new module or a new workflow, we price that as its own fixed-price piece of work, and you approve it before we start. You'll never get an invoice for something you didn't say yes to.
Only where replacing them actually helps. Often the bigger win is connecting what you already run so the same information stops being typed in three places. Time and payroll data exports straight into Fortnox, Visma or whatever your accountant already uses. If it's cheaper to leave a system where it is, we'll say so.
We agree that per project, and it's written into the quote before we start. The code we write for your business can be yours. Some of the foundation is reusable components and open source we build on top of, and those always come with the system, with no time limit and no fee, but they aren't exclusive to you. Whatever we agree, the same thing holds: no lock-in, and nothing that stops another developer picking it up.
No lock-in. Your data is yours and leaves with you, complete and in usable formats. No licences forcing you to stay, and if you move on we make the handover simple. The monthly plan is a monthly plan, not a multi-year commitment.
In the EU by default. If you need Swedish data residency, which is common for public-sector work and regulated industries, we can do that, and we confirm where the data sits in the quote. We build to meet GDPR and sign a data processing agreement, so responsibilities are clear on both sides. If the solution uses AI, we tell you up front exactly where that processing happens. The data is always yours.
Less than you'd think, but not nothing. A couple of hours at the start to walk us through how you actually work, then someone who tries each new version and tells us what's off. That's the one part we can't do for you, and it's also the reason it fits when it's finished.
