- Filip
- At FENA I run the company day to day, from direction and finances to client relationships and the final calls, and I designed how we work with AI to move faster. I’ve built software for eight years, the last four leading the development team behind a medical record system for web and mobile: sprint goals, code standards, releases and daily contact with customers.
- Erling
- I’m usually the first person you talk to. I take the way your work actually runs, messy parts included, and turn it into a clear plan for what we build first. From the first demo to the invoice, I keep the project moving and you in the loop. My background is in marketing and development.
- Nick
- I spent ten years in retail, working my way up from the sales floor to store manager, so I know what a working day looks like from behind the counter. Since 2014 I’ve run my own businesses: a webshop for custom laser-cut products, and a consultancy where I help companies sort out how they work and automate with AI. At FENA I lead design and build the AI tools behind how we work.

- I’ve spent eight years building software, and at FENA I lead the technical side: how what we build fits together, where it runs and how well it holds up. Before I build anything I write a short spec, so we agree on what we’re making before anyone spends a day on it. I also build the tools FENA runs on, including our own CRM.
